Silvana Mouzinho
In Brazil, Silvana is a true legend. She was probably the first woman to establish herself as a professional knife maker in São Paulo.
She is responsible for organizing numerous knife shows in São Paulo and across Brazil, and she is widely known throughout South America for her contributions to the scene.
Silvana's knives are light but robust pieces that can be carried either attached to a belt, or even in a pocket or a woman's bag. They might be used to open packages at home, slicing salami on a picnic, cutting a piece of cake, but also, although hopefully not, defending their owner from an attack.
